We’re big on collaboration and always encourage our separate teams to work together on projects. You’ll work closely with the People's Team, learning from them along the way whilst they also learn from you.
About the job
Ask Phill is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Lunch & Office Manager. We are a diverse and international team with a shared passion for food. In this role, you'll be the heart of our office, crafting (warm) lunches for approximately 20-30 people daily. You will be preparing delicious and nutritious meals to ensure the team is well-fed and full of energy. Your passion for cooking shines through, and your ability to whip up healthy meals becomes a cornerstone of our office culture.
This role is not just about preparing lunch; it's about ensuring our office is a welcoming, clean, and efficiently run space. In order to do so, you will be assisting with office management tasks, to ensure that our environment remains not only productive, but also a positive space where creativity and efficiency thrive. Your role is multifaceted—blending hospitality, culinary skills, and office management into a single, essential position within our team.
Don't worry if you're not a professional chef. What matters to us is your enthusiasm for cooking, your creativity in meal preparation, and your vibrant energy that keeps our office atmosphere lively and engaging.

Responsibilities
- Whip up delicious and nutritious lunches each day, bringing smiles and satisfaction to our team with your culinary creations.
- Ensure our office is a beacon of cleanliness and order, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
- Be the warm, welcoming face of Ask Phill for all guests, providing them with assistance and answers to their questions.
- Take charge of stocking our office with food, snacks, and beverages, keeping our kitchen full and our team well-nourished.
- Planning weekly’s menus to attend the office schedule.

- Have a passion for cooking, vegetarian & non-vegetarian, and take joy in preparing meals that bring the team together
- Curiosity to try new flavours, while mixing delicious-healthy food;
- Available Monday to Friday, from the morning until after lunch, with expected work hours ranging from 20 to 25 per week.
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch, enabling smooth communication with our diverse team.
- Time and planning management;
- Happy to work in an open-feedback environment, where you’ll learn and develop your skills;
Additional useful experience
- Great communication skills;
- Prior experience in similar jobs.
