About the job
- Partner with key accounts by building outstanding relationships in the influencer on-trade outlets, understanding their needs, their local consumers and developing and executing solutions.
- Deliver on quarterly targets: brand integrations and activations, visibility in the outlets and business optimization
- P&L responsibility via budget management of contracts (marketing investments and ROI analysis)
- Work in partnership with customers, acting as business partner with many different stakeholders (bar owners, bar managers, marketing, digital, finance etc.)
- Collaborate internally cross functionally with Marketing, CPA and brand ambassadors to bring our amazing brands to life, through hosting prestige events and executing ‘best in class’ brand activations.
- Lead Winning in Amsterdam project-team
Dit is wie je bent
- 3-5 years experience in sales and premium on-trade sector or luxury industry required. Activation experience would be beneficial. Selling is key.
- Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery (results and/or achievements). Passion for hunting new business.
- Strong (social) networking/interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical, planning, and time managements skills
- Well-developed communication/presentation skills including active listening
- Creative thinking and digital savvy
