Junior Content Creator for Backbone International

About the job
- Collaborate with the international teams to create, write and design compelling and qualitative social media and website content (including interviews, project cases etc) - Create and manage the content calendar to ensure an active pipeline of content on our socials and website - Write and design quality content for (B2B) marketing materials such as emails, landing pages, banners, ads, videos and (online) campaigns that meet our brand goals and objectives - Plan, make and edit photos and videos that show our awesome work and people - Keep an eye on industry and social media developments to jump on trends with responsive content - Community building and management on social media

- You love the event industry, just like us
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written All our communication is in (USA) English
- You know your way around with copywriting and editing photos
- You are a visual storyteller and understand what goes into making compelling content
- You are proactive and have good social skills: chasing people in an effective way is something you like doing
- You are organized, know how to prioritize and have a high sense of responsibility
- You are able to manage multiple projects at once and deliver under tight deadlines
- You are able to work independently
- You have a minimum of 1 – 2 years work experience in a similar role
