About the job

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be an essential part of our small but rapidly growing company. Your role will focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our brand. You will interact with customers, solve problems, and provide them with the information they need. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in customer relations and help you develop essential communication skills in a real-world environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other inquiries.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to resolve any customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update the customer service database with relevant information and track communication.
  • Provide feedback to the team based on customer interactions to help improve products and services.
  • Participate in the creation of FAQ documents and customer support guides.
  • Help in identifying common customer issues and suggesting improvements to the overall customer service process.
Dit is wie je bent
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in customer service and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Dutch and English.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of customer support software is a plus.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A team player who is eager to learn and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands.
