Freelance E-com Photography Producer bij Filling Pieces

Filling Pieces is looking for a long term Freelance E-com Photography Producer to start in January who will manage photoshoot production and logistics within a small Creative Production team. This role oversees and supports the development of all production details surrounding ecom imagery. They are a key part of a fast-paced team ensuring all shoots are executed on-brief, on-time, and on-budget. This role is highly cross-functional and will partner with key stakeholders across Creative Production, Ecom, Production, Project Management, Marketing and Social. Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintain, together with internal and external stakeholders, the right workflows and milestones for the seasonal ecom photography needs.
• Manage all on-set and remote production including organising flow of shoot, crew assembly, ensuring accuracy with samples/styling, communicating specifics of each shot to photographer and crew, facilitating set needs, assisting in product orders, equipment needs and managing any extra support needed.
• Work within a fast-paced, highly-functional production team and collaborate with all members of the larger photo team.
• Manage all post-production, including any retouch needed via third party, returns, and the correct asset handover, creating best practices for these.
• Support key business initiatives by managing all aspects of a given project – from concept to pre-plan through actual shoot. Communicate these aspects cross-functionally throughout shoot planning.
• Professionally represent Filling Pieces and work closely with third-party vendors such as photographers, agents, models, wardrobe stylists, hair and makeup artists, digital techs, etc.
• Anticipate and resolve issues, including last-minute changes due to location, talent, or other issues by utilising appropriate resources.
• Work with FP internal stakeholders to determine and track deadlines accordingly and make updates as is needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years photo/video production experience
• Background in multimedia production is highly desirable, particularly experience managing production and post-production.
• Proven track-record of strong cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience managing production budgets and external vendor relationships.
• Comfortable flexing between ongoing e-commerce production needs and time-bound project-based productions.
• Ability to thrive in a high paced environment: assertive with strong follow-through and a knack for identifying and solving problems before anyone else notices them.
• On-set experience or production background is ideal.
