So here’s the thing. We’re constantly on the hunt for like-minded talent – folks that live for inventing and executing awesome ideas. We need people who aren’t afraid to try new things, the ones who spot a new feature in the morning and have it implemented by the afternoon. We love passionate designers and video creators, disruptive artists and illustrators, and people who can shake up social media.

About the job
We're on the hunt for a naturally creative and curious, strategic thinker. Are you somebody who exudes social platform prowess and a curiosity of how people think and why they think like that? Somebody with more than 2 years of experience working in an agency with an understanding of audiences, who can unearth, nurture, and mold insights into memorable stories? In this position, you'll be tasked with establishing order within a high-speed setting and showcasing strategic contributions to both the creative result and the alignment with our clients' and agency's business goals/ objectives.

- Compile, commission, and mold data to unearth unexpected insights and audience behaviors.
- Bridge the creative leap, transitioning from research, insights, and strategy to truly exceptional creative concepts
- Invent and articulate creative strategic pathways that lead to head-turning outcomes.
- Deliver compelling messages, both written and spoken, to engage clients effectively.
- Demonstrate proactivity and initiative in resolving emerging challenges.
- Enhance results by providing clarity, simplification, or by pinpointing gaps in thinking, processes, and outcomes
- Establish meaningful connections between projects, ideas, and potential opportunities to harness greater possibilities

- Conducting in-depth market research, dissecting consumer behaviors and insights, and delving into category and brand research to uncover gaps and opportunities.
- Crafting concise briefs that gets everyone’s creative brains ticking.
- Serving as the guardian of brands, championing the interests of the audience, and steering the direction of the clients communications.
- Nurturing client relationships to the point where strategy becomes an integral and eagerly anticipated partner in the creative process.
- Collaborating with the Creative & Tech teams to nurture and execute groundbreaking ideas that transcend channels but are rooted in social-first, award-winning concepts.
- Embracing the role of provocateur, pushing boundaries and challenging everyone to produce work that pushes beyond the brand's comfort zone.
- Elevating the collective thinking and knowledge of wider teams by sharing specialised expertise, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
