Trade Marketing Coördinator & Designer at IBG

These are exciting times. For the world as a whole and for IBG in particular as we are launching our new brands. The launches are phased and will go through different channels, gradually adding workload to the marketing team in our head office in Naarden.   For this fun, dynamic and entrepreneurial team made up of 10 different nationalities, we are looking to add an energetic and committed fulltime colleague to support all brands in the business in the role of   TRADE MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR & DESIGNER   In this exciting new role, you will be working closely with our distributor partners to support their marketing needs, helping elevate local and grassroots campaigns in our sales regions. With your creative skills you design for print and trade, working across multiple brands, while also co-ordinating and managing the support on tradeshows including the PR and working closely with digital to execute cohesive cross-functional plans.     RESPONSIBILITIES:   Design and development of trade and marketing communications including, but not limited to:   Sales tool development   o   Catalogue development and execution, adapting for different partners o   Product story asset development and product education tools o   Wall charts/ brochures/ print advert creation for customers o   Create technology story assets o   Presentation design o   Support on additional content design and development i.e. new partnership related content for drop shipment partners, newsletter content, ads, visual assets for websites and communication   Retail   o   Point of Sale kit design and execution for each brand o   Ongoing updates and specific retail executions for customers o   Packaging solutions – promo boxes, accessories, like socks   Trade shows   o   Manage stand design and execution o   Launch meetings – design and visual merchandising o   Trade PR communications
