KLABU is building the world’s biggest club. Powering sports for young athletes in refugee camps and beyond with KLABU clubhouses.
KLABU is looking for a Store & Clubhouse Manager
KLABU is the sports club that can change the world. We support refugees rebuilding their lives through sports projects in refugee camps. We also create and sell sportswear to raise funds and build a strong community of supporters. The goal: to become the biggest club in the world.
In Amsterdam, our store & clubhouse is the heart of KLABU. This is where we work from, sell our sportswear, organise social activities with our growing community and organise events.

In this role you will manage our KLABU Store & Clubhouse in Amsterdam. Your responsibilities include:
- Being a host by making anyone who visits KLABU in Amsterdam feel at home: customers, KLABU Amsterdam community, partners and anyone else
- Interacting with customers and the KLABU community
- Telling the KLABU story and telling about the sportswear products
- Handling sportswear orders
- Managing payments
- Managing the stock
- Merchandising the store and windows
- Helping to organise events in the store & clubhouse
- Helping to organise clubhouse activities
- Keeping the store & clubhouse organised and clean
- Joining weekly update meetings with the team
Dit is wie je bent
- Excellent communicator (both speaking and writing) in English (Dutch and other languages are welcome!) who is happy taking the lead and getting the job done
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- You are available to work for at least 3 days per week.
