Email Marketing Manager bij XITE
XITE aims to offer the best music video experience in the world. Founded in the Netherlands, XITE now reaches consumers across the world through interactive TV, on-demand streaming services and linear networks. XITE revolutionized the way audiences experience music videos by allowing viewers to search, like, and skip through its vast catalog; enjoy channels curated by its team of music experts; and create their own channels based on a genre, era and visual style using its unique Mixer feature. XITE has an extensive music video catalog through agreements with all major and top independent music labels.
About the job
Are you ready to take the next step in your career in a fast paced, rapidly growing music video company? Are you a data-driven, hands on marketeer, with experience in automation and email marketing? Keep reading! XITE is looking for an email marketing manager. We’re looking for someone who has a couple of years of experience in this field and would like to take on more responsibility. Together with the Head of Marketing, you’ll set up a completely new automated email marketing system for our interactive music video streaming service users. This is a new role, so you’ll create processes and workflows from scratch! Tasks
- Develop automated email marketing strategy from scratch
- Set up and roll out high impact email campaigns that inspire consumers and drive customer retention
- Manage end-to-end execution of these campaigns; building, copywriting, managing, analyzing, and optimizing email campaigns
- Lead planning and execution of XITE’s email marketing calendar
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create email marketing campaigns
- Execute A/B tests with variables like subject lines, layout, creative, audience segmentations, time and frequency
- Scale customer lists through ongoing list management, optimization, and A/B testing
- Track and report on email KPIs and provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Work closely together with the rest of the marketing team, the UX team and the data team
Dit is wie je bent
- Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience running email marketing campaigns.
- Your style: data driven and analytical, very proactive, problem solver.
- Ability to manage a large amount of projects and requests, good at prioritizing your workload.
- Experience with marketing automation software (for example Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Clang).
- Demonstrated understanding of email marketing best practices.
- Skilled in marketing testing, data analysis, and reporting.
- Fluent in English, Dutch is not a must.
