About the job
What will you do?
- Be responsible for all facility matters in and around our office:
- Work on supporting and enriching our company culture
- Give a warm welcome to our (new) colleagues and visitors
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Receive / sort mail and deliveries
- Ensure that the office operates smoothly, place orders for office supplies, organise catering etc
- Ensure the office’s common areas and meeting rooms are tidy and have sufficient office supplies
- Coordinate and organise meetings, conference calls, and office events
- Provide effective support as a contact person for everyday operation office management questions and requests from your colleagues
- Communicate and cooperate with vendors and local authorities and provide administrative support
- Coordinate work arrangements and monitor the progress and quality of any outsourced services (managing cleaners and monitoring hygiene)
- Support with HR processes related to employee contracts, holiday leave, incentives, appraisal interviews, scheduling and guidance of employees in the on- and off-boarding process for our (Amsterdam) offices
- Support the Recruitment team in the recruitment and application proces

- Work experience as an Office Assistant, Office Coordinator with HR responsibilities
- An enthusiastic personality, who enjoys problem-solving on all levels
- Accurate and critical and you can set priorities
- Love working with people
- Highly proficient in written and spoken Dutch and English
