Promoting dance music all over the world from its offices in Amsterdam (HQ), New York and London, Armada Music represents and cultivates the creative exploits of some of the biggest players in the electronic music game, including Armin van Buuren, Lilly Palmer, D.O.D, Hannah Laing, ARTY, Audien, Giorgia Angiuli, Yulia Niko, Brando, Cat Dealers , Loud Luxury, and Tensnake.

Does listening to dance music make you happier than a kid in a toy store? You’ll fit right in here at Armada Music. As fate would have it, we have just the job opening for you. At Armada we're looking for a Social Media Manager.
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the online presence of Armada Music, its labels and online community management. You will also be involved in the label’s various online marketing activities to help promote our releases, artists as well as ensure the visibility of Armada Music and its brand on social media platforms. You are covering festivals such as Tomorrowland and ADE and will serve as the point of contact to our tech partners such as Meta & TikTok for song placements and product updates.
About the job:
- You will create content and manage several social media channels to promote releases, artists and Armada Music as a whole. You will schedule posts at the right times, with the right tone of voice, corporate identity and tags;
- You will be responsible for collecting and creating content for Armada Music and sublabels;
- You will be responsible for managing the online community, its (sub)labels and its artists;
- You are able to connect the target group to the brand on different channels through community management;
- You will go to large events such as Tomorrowland, ADE and A State of Trance to do social media coverage for Armada Music and its artists;
- You will create reports of campaigns and are always looking to optimize our social strategy;
- You will report the results to various departments (i.e. Marketing, A&R, Branding departments) and offer them the appropriate strategic advice;
- You will keep track of new social media tools and everything that’s happening in the world of social media and the music / dance industry.
Dit is wie je bent
- You’ve acquired a relevant degree, at least ‘HBO’ (Dutch standard) or a bachelor’s degree;
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in online marketing and social media;
- You have experience in creating content with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere;
- You love Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and always know what the latest social media trends are and what goes viral;
- You are well versed in the English language, both written and spoken;
- You are proactive, punctual and self-reliant;
- Knowledge of the inner workings of the music industry and affinity with electronic music are required;
- You’re up for a challenge and like dynamic working environments, therefore you are used to working with strict deadlines and know how to prioritize;
- You live in or near Amsterdam and most importantly, you love dance music.
