About the job

- Build high-performing campaigns – From strategy to execution, you know how to make ads convert.
- Create engaging ads – Use your skills (and tools like Photoshop and Capcut) to craft eye-catching visuals and compelling copy.
- Data, data, data! – Analyze, optimize, and improve campaigns daily.
- Teamwork makes the dream work – Brainstorm with colleagues and push each other to the next level.
Your Main Tasks
- 📅 5% – Daily Planning: Every great day starts with a solid plan. You bring structure and set the pace.
- 🖼️ 20% – Preparing Advertisements: From crafting eye-catching visuals in Photoshop to writing razor-sharp copy, you know how to make ads that hit the mark.
- 🚀 30% – Launching Campaigns: Facebook holds no secrets for you. You launch campaigns like a pro—smart, smooth, and spot-on.
- 📊 30% – Statistical Analysis: You dive into the numbers, uncover what’s working, and optimize for even more success tomorrow.
- 🧠 15% – Team Brainstorming: You challenge your team, spark new ideas, and help push creativity to the next level—every single day.
