Builders zoekt Content Specialist
Builders is an innovative startup studio that dares to dream big and turn those dreams into reality. Our mission is to create companies that solve the challenges of the future of work and living. To achieve this, we follow a rigorous process of creating and operating SaaS startups by generating, conceptualizing, and validating promising business ideas and finding the right co-founders to build powerful tech companies together. We're seeking a talented and dynamic Content Specialist to join our team.
As our Content Specialist, you'll be critical in driving the content strategy for our ventures and studio. You'll be a driving force behind content and content strategies, coordinating and executing content schedules for our studio, ventures, and founders, ensuring the quality and consistency of our content and tone of voice. We're seeking someone passionate about creating and executing effective content strategies to drive our companies' growth and engagement.

- A smooth collaboration with the core team and venture founders.
- Growth in social reach/impressions and conversions across channels.
About the job
- Involve the right stakeholders and align them on the content strategies, collaborating effectively with all team members to ensure success.
- Ensure all content calendars are up to date, copywriting is briefed, and visuals can be designed, taking ownership of content strategy end-to-end.
- Copywriting for social media, websites, and newsletters, ensuring all content is high-quality and consistent with our brand voice.
- Write short and long-form content for both studio and ventures
- Write building company essentials such as product value stories and founder stories, inspiring others with your visionary approach.
Dit is wie je bent
- You have at least 2 years experience in content marketing, social media, and long-form content creation, preferably within the B2B (SaaS) industry
- You have a creative mindset, and can write engaging content for multiple target audiences
- You are solution-oriented; you’re able to analyze data and build creative strategies to get to your goals
- Thrives in high-paced environments (tech startups; agency is a big plus)
- Interest in product-oriented copywriting (UC copywriting)
- Experience and affinity with personal branding
- Big plus, if you have: experience with SEO
- You are currently based in the Netherlands and willing to commute to our Rotterdam office (3 days a week)
