About the job
As our new People and Culture Manager, you'll join our team at Headquarters in Amsterdam. Working closely with the Management Team, you'll handle all things HR for CityHub.
In essence, you will be responsible for the entire employee journey at CityHub. You will take the lead in defining HR strategies, improving our current HR policies, implementing performance management programs and help setting up training academies, while promoting CityHub’s values by example. You are the person we are looking for if you naturally connect with almost everyone, spread a catching positive energy and are able to balance well between flexibility and setting boundaries.
This is what you’ll do:
- Be the strategic HR business partner for the management team
- Assist in creating an integrated employee experience, monitor employee satisfaction levels and support well-being
- Formalise and implement our employee performance management policy
- Monitor personal goal-setting process
- Support our recruitment and onboarding processes by drafting vacancies and selecting applicants
- Manage personnel administration and payroll
- Improve current HR policies and create new ones
- Assist in implementing company values and culture across the employee journey
- Organise company events, regular drinks and other team-building activities
- Be a trusted confidant for all employees
Dit is wie je bent
- You are a people’s person with strong interpersonal skills
- Available for circa 32 - 40 hours a week
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in HR or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of HR
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a big plus
- Fun to work with :)

- A gross salary of €4000- €4750 on full-time basis, depending on experience
- Starting date is flexible, but preferably asap
