Flagship Amsterdam is een jonge en snelgroeiende rederij in het centrum van Amsterdam. Wij bieden zowel publieke rondvaarten als privé vaarten aan op onze prachtige open sloepen en klassieke salonboten. We begonnen in 2017 met drie boten, zijn sindsdien gegroeid naar meer dan 53 boten en we groeien nog steeds! Jaarlijks verwelkomen we mensen van meer dan 55 nationaliteiten, waarbij we het hele jaar door cruisen met de hulp van ons jonge & ambitieuze team met meer dan 400 (seizoen)medewerkers.

Flagship Amsterdam is a young, fast-growing canal cruise company located in the heart of Amsterdam. We offer both public and private cruises on our beautiful open boats and classic saloon boats. What started in 2017 with just three boats has now grown to a fleet of over 60 boats, and we continue to expand! Every year, we welcome guests from more than 55 different countries, and we operate year-round. This is made possible by our young and ambitious team of over 400 (seasonal) employees. Flagship Amsterdam consists of nine different entities, such as Voyage Amsterdam and Captain Jack. Each entity has unique products and caters to a specific target audience. We have a strong growth mindset and are constantly seeking new opportunities to further strengthen our position in the market.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll set the tone for their experience. Whether you’re greeting them with a warm smile or sharing insider tips about Amsterdam, you’ll make sure their adventure starts off on the right foot!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Promoting our experiences with enthusiasm (rewarded with a walk-in bonus);
- Welcoming guests and be the friendly face that greets them;
- Checking tickets, ensuring smooth boarding and directing them to the right boat;
- Informing guests in a fun and engaging way about (extra) tours and extra options, such as our bike tours or other activities;
- Communicate between skippers, hosts, and guests to ensure a seamless operation;
- Ensuring guests get on and off the boats safely while keeping the process efficient.
Dit is wie je bent
- Available at least 2 days a week, including at least one weekend day;
- Has no problem working evenings;
- Outgoing, proactive, hands-on attitude, and full of positive energy;
- A great communicator in English (bonus points for Dutch or other languages!);
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment;
- Someone who enjoys variety;
- Is 18 years or older and lives in or near Amsterdam.
