About the job
As a P&C Specialist, you will be involved in different functions of HR within GoSpooky. You will get the chance to be part of the journey in which we build our company to become the world's leading social agency, and make sure that we, as a P&C team, provide a place where all Spookies can thrive, develop themselves, and make the most amazing work for our clients. And that’s an important job because there is no GoSpooky without happy Spookies in a happy place!
In short an overview of the main subjects of what needs to be done when it comes to HR:
- Perform Talent Acquisition duties and manage the recruitment process in collaboration with our Recruiter: crafting job descriptions, and job postings, sourcing candidates, and contributing to employer branding initiatives
- Maintain employee records and paperwork (such as contracts, BambooHR)
- Provide counseling and support on how things work at GoSpooky
- Create, implement and manage onboarding of new Spookies
- Create, implement, and manage employer branding strategy and plans
- Development: support with planning and implementation of training programs
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
- Create, implement, and manage follow-up actions re outcome of quarterly Employee Engagement survey
- HR analytics (such as hiring, promotions, turnover)
- HR Projects, such as payroll → BambooHR, HR events, GoSpooky swag, Councils, Culture workforce

- Have knowledge of HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training, and development.
- Have a good understanding of Dutch employment law
- Have organizational skills and project management experience
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have strong ethical standards
- Have good decision-making skills and pragmatic
- Are highly accurate
