RADION is located in the former dental centre ACTA, better known as Broedplaats ACTA. In the night, RADION is a club with a 24h license and by day, we regularly host cultural events in our Expo space and is a home base to cultural festivals.
Freelance Club Event Programmer/ Event Coordinator at Radion Amsterdam
RADION Amsterdam is a nightclub with a 24 hour license that was founded in 2014. Our mission is to add value to the nightlife culture with a high quality club event program that offers room for talent and breaths diversity. We strive to accommodate a safe space for our visitors and employees.
Our club program consists of more than 100 productions per year that results in a diverse program.
About 50% of the productions are RADION productions, the other 50% of the productions are collaborations with carefully curated partners.
About the job
RADION Amsterdam is looking for someone to fill the position of Freelance Club Event Programmer/ Event Coordinator. As a Club Event Programmer for RADION productions you will have to apply thorough knowledge of all the aspects for creating an event (artists/ fees/ target groups/ marketing strategy).
You will be working together with our marketing- and advancing team, management and several third parties.

- Creating a successful line up for RADION productions.
- Curating a successful line up for Partner productions.
- Providing correct and timely information to stakeholders.
- Correct and timely follow up on actions from stakeholders.
- To have an pro-active attitude/ ownership towards the event you manage.
- To be an ambassador of RADION and the values of RADION in the broadest sense of the word.
We are looking for specialists in electronic music with national and international knowledge of the scenes and different communities. Someone who lives and breathes night culture and understands the importance thereof. You should be a team player, a trendwatcher/ setter with a clear view on the future. The job requires that you are able to work together with us in our office and venue in Amsterdam.

It is a freelance position. We will assign one or more productions to a freelance programmer. The fee will be discussed after the first selection but it will be a market competitive salary based on your expertise and experience.
