The Icon Hub zoekt Influencer Marketing Intern
The Icon Hub is a full service boutique marketing agency that, together with corporate and medium-sized business partners, generates brand awareness and stimulates purchases among new generations of target groups or customers.
TIH consists of a team of marketing professionals who themselves belong to the new generations and who at the same time have a lot of influencer marketing expertise and know-how at corporate level. TIH prefers to develop new influencer marketing strategies and campaigns together with its business partners, but also has the experience to quickly and decisively translate existing marketing strategies into successful influencer strategies and campaigns.
Thanks to its leading local and global network, TIH always knows how to contract exactly those influencers or celebrities who seamlessly connect with the target group and customers of the new generations, who perfectly match the identity of the business partner and who visualize the desired image of the business partner.

About the job
As an Influencer Marketing intern you play an important role in the set up of influencer marketing campaigns. You will be supporting the team throughout all the phases during influencer campaigns. That is why you are service oriented and strategic communication is your forte. Besides that; you are super organized, strong in time management and always see solutions to the challenges that are thrown at you. Are you that go-getter we are looking for?
What will you be doing? As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will gain a lot of experience in the Influencer Marketing industry in conjunction with top notch agencies as well as the world of PR. You assist in scouting the right influencers, as well as helping out with various tasks around the office. Some tasks and responsibilities that you will support with and develop in;
Planning & Tracking;
- Setting up the internal and external planning sheets, monitoring, updating and adjusting where necessary.
- Execute and update working documents;
- Report on a daily base the progress of each influencer & creator;
- Give presentations of new updates in the influencer & creator landscape; viral trends, new media updates
Influencer Marketing & Creator Economy;
- Influencer selection for new proposals and campaigns; find on-brief influencers and creators to work with
- Create and update the TIH database of influencers and creators
- Support in reach outs and negotiations with influencers and creators
- Collect all data and support in creating reports
- Update folders and collect data, content and documents to complete folders
Office + Brand:
- Help out around the office; host Friday 4PM drinks & team getaways
- Share daily inspiration for SOME; Create content for TikTok and IG-stories
- Collect print work and re-decorate the office
- Organize The Icon Hub’s Volunteering Day; one day off each year for a charity event
- Support and execute the brand strategy of TIH;

- You are hands-on and proactive;
- Communication is key and that makes you able to service clients and creators and build a relationship with them. In short; you have great people skills.
- You love (want to learn) how to best set up influencer marketing strategies based on the needs and wishes of our clients;
- You love to organize and dissect complex tasks into smaller steps and create short- and long-term planning documents. You are precise and you are able to keep the overview.
- You are commercially minded and strive to deliver cost-efficient work.;
- You are solution-oriented, analytical and decisive;
- You have a creative mindset and want to critically assess creative work.
- You are confident, a strong personality and communicator.
- You are currently enrolled at university degree (HBO or WO)
- You speak, read and write in Dutch and English.
- You are enrolled as a student and have a Dutch BSN
