You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their accounts, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring their marketing goals are met.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Understand client business goals, challenges, and objectives to provide strategic marketing recommendations.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, performance reports, and gather feedback.

Account & Project Management

• Oversee day-to-day project activities, including timelines, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts related to client projects or deliverables.

Budgeting & Financial Management

• Develop, monitor, and manage client budgets, ensuring the agency remains profitable while delivering value to the client.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage invoicing and payment processes.
• Up-selling of new business opportunities
• Performance Reporting & Analytics
• Monitor and report on account performance using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, engagement, and other KPIs.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on results.

New Business Development

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by introducing new services or expanding current projects.
• Assist in the development of pitches and proposals for new clients or additional projects.
