About the job
The Brand Partnerships Manager plays an integral and strategic role to the For You Agency’s growth, ensuring our work is creative, strategic and on-trend. You are the key person between the agency and our partners and (potential) clients. Always working on new business development, prospects and client pitches.
This role is responsible for driving growth & strategic commercial opportunities for the agency by building relationships with new and existing clients. It is your responsibility to clearly communicate the client's briefings and goals, initiate creative brainstorms and to create the optimal campaign format with your team. You will present and pitch to clients in clear and concise presentations and pitches.
When a client is signed and all terms have been finalized you will hand over the account and clearly brief the Campaign/Project/Talent Management team to hand over the project and put in place parameters for optimal execution of the proposal and communication with the client. You will oversee the account and maintain a strong relationship to build upon new commercial opportunities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Reach-out to leads and prospects proactively;
- Build new relationships with companies/brands;
- Use your personal network to attract new clients;
- Grow spend of returning clients;
- Translate client briefings into creative and strategic campaign proposals;
- nitiate creative brainstorms with other team members;
- Responsible for multiple small to medium-sized proposals and pitches at the same time;
- Create pitch decks and pitch to clients from all over the world;
- Negotiate pricing and other campaign details;
- Responsible for communicating the brand partnership to the Campaign / Project Management team;
- Account management across multiple clients;
- Work with KPIs.
Dit is wie je bent
- 3-4 years work experience in a creative, digital, advertising or marketing environment;
- Experience or education in (digital) marketing and strong knowledge of the digital marketing;
- Strong commercial mindset. Track record with sales for the advertising and creative industry;
- Excellent pitch deck creation skills, ability to turn strategic and creative ideas into compelling slides;
- Deep understanding of social media & creator marketing, be a first-mover when it comes to platform trends and features on TikTok, Instagram and more;
- A strong network in the advertising & brand industry;
- Strong persuasive skills;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting/pitching;
- Advanced social skills, a team player and well-organized;
- Independent, driven, creative, strategic and responsible;
- Comfortable working with revenue targets;
- Fluent in Dutch & English - written and spoken.
