LOAVIES zoekt Fashion Designer
LOAVIES is driven by its purpose; to inspire the young fashion-minded to be awesome, proud and confident. We do this by our fast and flexible way of working, we are setting the trend with weekly new drops to inspire the young fashion-minded and we are working hard on expanding our presence internationally. As a social media-minded online fashion brand, we already have a strong presence in the Netherlands, Belgium and France and with over one million highly active customers, we are ready to take over the world!
LOAVIES was founded 12 years ago and with our weekly new drops we are able to stay on-trend and relevant to our customers. We work together with a passionate team of 100+ professionals to design and market our collections. Our customers tell us that they love us and by expanding we want to make sure that even more young fashion-minded can enjoy our brand and feel awesome, confident and proud.

Do you love fashion? Are you always on trend? Is styling your second language? Then this is the perfect job for you! We are searching for a passionate Fashion Designer to join our Buying Team. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our weekly new drops, ensuring the styles are fresh, on-point, and exactly what our customers are craving. You work closely with our Buyers and Merchandise Planners to help bring our styles to life on a weekly base.
You stay up to date with the latest fashion trends from competitors and beyond. You are creative and have a talent for translating trends into must-have pieces that perfectly embody the LOAVIES identity. Collaboration is key in this role, always willing to share your expertise and inspire your colleagues. Also you are able to build strong relationships with suppliers. You translate sales insights into trend-driven designs and transform data into actionable creative choices.
As our Fashion Designer, you will:
- Develop and launch fresh, trend-driven styles that align with LOAVIES' brand mission.
- Responsible for the design process, ensuring efficiency and following the company guidelines.
- Continuously analyze market trends and customer data to stay ahead of the curve.
- Design and develop prints in Adobe AI.

- 2-4 years of relevant experience within Fashion Design;
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Your success will be measured by: Maintaining top-notch quality standards.
Practical:
- You live in The Netherlands
- You have the possibility to drive to our HQ in Zwolle at least 4 days a week
