About the job
The Head of Data & Insights plays an integral and strategic role to the For You Agency’s growth, by leveraging data to drive impactful strategies and insights. This new role is responsible for harnessing data to inform decisions, optimize content strategies, and enhance client outcomes, with a strong emphasis on dashboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Data Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance our propositions
- Focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Dashboard Creation and Management:
- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio and Meltwater.
- Provide real-time insights and performance tracking.
- Reporting and KPI setting.
- Insights Generation:
- Create actionable insights from data analysis,
- Provide clients with deep understanding and recommendations for optimizing their investments.
- Fueling insights for our For You Academy, Culture Reports & Masterclasses.
- Platform Analytics:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok and Meta
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and insights.
- Data-Driven Content:
- Integrate data insights into content creation and community management processes
- Enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Tooling & Automation:
- Select and implement advanced analytics tools and automation systems
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness for our clients.
Dit is wie je bent
- Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in a data role, preferably within a social/digital agency;
- Experience and strong knowledge of the digital marketing and social media industry;
- Dashboarding Skills; proven experience creating and managing dashboards using Google Data Studio;
- Hands-on experience working with (paid) social advertising platforms, especially TikTok and Meta;
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations;
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic data initiatives that drive business outcomes;
- Client-focused: Strong client management skills with the ability to present data insights and strategic recommendations effectively;
- A team player, well-organized and strong initiative taker when it comes to setting up new projects and innovations. Comfortable working independently.
- We are looking for someone who speaks English or both English and Dutch.
