About the job
As Personal Assistant of the founder of our company, you play a crucial role in ensuring our team, projects, artists and partners can keep developing and moving forward. In this role you will support the founder of the company both operationally and advisory. You are responsible to efficiently, communicatively and creatively offer support to the wider team and company, with a focus on planning, organising and expressing key strategic tasks. This role entails a proactive attitude, go-get mentally and highly organised workflow. As part of the Frequency team, you will be responsible to ensure and guide our Company Culture activities, as well as help coordinate and organise key events for both teams within the company. As part of our small start-up venture in Amsterdam we highly appreciate a candidate with a mind of their own, creative insights, pro-active ideas and a problem solving mindset. With an opportunity to grow within our creative music and digital teams, this role is perfect for an ambitious young professional with aspirations for a career in the wider music industry.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and coordinating of meetings, team events, travel and other organisational tasks for the founder and team leads.
- Prioritise and action certain inboxes on behalf of the founder.
- Assist with administrative tasks and questions.
- Organise, coordinate and plan international travel.
- Work together with wider teams to help create and organise key strategic initiatives, which can be a wide variety of things from events, marketing campaigns or an occasional music video production itinerary.
- Help implement and communicate company guidelines together with the founder across the wider team.
- You are able to analyse what works and what doesn’t, and can come up with creative solutions and suggestions for the teams or founder.
- You can work well with deadlines, are able to set priorities and are a team player.
- You are able to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as keep an eye out for new opportunities for the individual teams and company as a whole.

- You’ve acquired a relevant degree.
- You are organized with attention to detail, you have a collaborative and proactive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- You are fluent in English and preferably also Dutch.
- You are an excellent communicator, able to interact with people in a confident, professional manner.
- You have the ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- You have very good administration literacy and strong organisational skills.
- You have strong analytical skills and an ability to organize and analyze data if needed.
- Nice to have: You have a big passion for music and the creative arts, and are excited to learn more about the music industry.
- Nice to have: You are a very communicative and social person who tries to go to as many concerts and you have a big passion for music.
