About the job

We're looking for a Junior Sales Executive that will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects and initiating the sales process. As a crucial member of our Growth team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

  • You'll be the go-to person for identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including website inbounds, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • You'll be fielding questions from prospective customers across multiple channels such as live chat, email, phone.
  • You'll be initiating contact with potential clients to qualify their current processes and business needs
  • You'll schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Growth team.
  • You'll collaborate closely with the Growth team to develop strategies for reaching new markets and achieving sales targets.
  • You'll collect feedback from companies evaluating our product and provide insights on how we can improve it
  • You'll continuously update and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in order to track and manage leads & opportunities in our CRM software
  • Stay informed about Homerun's and our competitors products/service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective customers

  • You're fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English 🗣️ - we're an international team with international users so we generally speak and write in English. However, for this position, speaking Dutch is a must-have.
  • You're a strong communicator and very precise ✍️ - you have excellent communication skills both written an verbal. Most of the communication will be done through writing so you need to have an eye for grammar and spelling.
  • It would be great if you have experience in sales or customer service 🙋 - either online, or through the hospitality or service industry and you're available 4 days a week (32 hrs).
