I Heart Studios is a highly creative visual content studio based in London, Amsterdam and Hong Kong. We are unique due to our fashion origins and distinctive personality. We are also unique in the market because we offer a full service to clients, from highest quality product photography through to conceptual creative imagery.
We were founded in 2011 out of the simple belief that exceptional imagery is fundamental to enhancing brand perceptions and increasing online sales, and we produce best-quality visual content for a selection of high-profile clients.

We are looking for a dynamic team player, with an eye for detail, who can ensure that the needs of the client are always met. This is a fast-paced role with an emphasis on attention to detail, organisation and flexibility. The desire and drive to work in a deadline-driven environment is a must. With an uncompromising commitment to quality, you’ll be a key part of I Heart’s growing success.
- Keen interest in e-commerce image editing for fashion and lifestyle;
- Outstanding administration and organisational skills. Detail orientated;
- Working knowledge of Excel;
- MacOS literate with basic knowledge of photoshop (other Adobe suite skills are a plus);
- Able to react quickly to changing demands and priorities;
- Good logical, analytical thinker – able to understand when to re-prioritise and discuss issues with senior management.
- Previous experience in a studio/production environment is advantageous;
- Able to use initiative and to work in fast-paced environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English);
- Strong numeracy skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to comfortably communicate with people globally;
- Ability to coordinate and liaise with various parts of the business to ensure tight deadlines are considered and consistently met.
