Image Coordinator (Post Production) at I Heart Studios

We are looking for a dynamic team player, with an eye for detail, who can ensure that the needs of the client are always met. This is a fast-paced role with an emphasis on attention to detail, organisation and flexibility. The desire and drive to work in a deadline-driven environment is a must. With an uncompromising commitment to quality, you’ll be a key part of I Heart’s growing success.

• Keen interest in e-commerce image editing for fashion and lifestyle;
• Outstanding administration and organisational skills. Detail orientated;
• Working knowledge of Excel;
• MacOS literate with basic knowledge of photoshop (other Adobe suite skills are a plus);
• Able to react quickly to changing demands and priorities;
• Good logical, analytical thinker – able to understand when to re-prioritise and discuss issues with senior management.
• Previous experience in a studio/production environment is advantageous;
• Able to use initiative and to work in fast-paced environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English);
• Strong numeracy skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to comfortably communicate with people globally;
• Ability to coordinate and liaise with various parts of the business to ensure tight deadlines are considered and consistently met.
