Kinfill zoekt Junior Sales Manager

About the job
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Specialist to join our growing team at kinfill. As a Junior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in building and maintaining relationships with our clients and customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals and develop skills in sales strategy, account management, and customer service. You will be responsible for managing and updating our CRM database, generating sales reports and presentations, and assisting with customer inquiries and orders. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for sustainability. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Some experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers
- Conduct market research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Manage and update the CRM database
- Generate sales reports and presentations
- Assist with customer inquiries and orders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
