Are you a motivated and dynamic sales leader? Join us as a Luxury Leisure Sales Director to lead revenue growth and elevate guest experiences at LORE Group's Amsterdam lifestyle luxury hotels. We're seeking a proven candidate with a track record in driving revenue, cultivating client relationships, and leading within Lore Group Amsterdam.
Role Overview:
- Showcasing exceptional offerings to high-end leisure travelers, enhancing guest experiences, and achieving revenue targets.
- Taking ownership of Luxury Leisure targets for LORE Group Amsterdam, including Pulitzer Amsterdam & Kimpton De Witt.
- Collaborating with the LORE Hub team to execute sales strategies across North, Middle, and South America.
- Representing our hotels at Sales Missions, Trade Shows, and Exhibitions worldwide.
- Coordinating site inspections, client events, workshops, and more within Amsterdam.
You'll lead by:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with hotel objectives.
- Nurturing strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and travel agents.
- Identifying and establishing connections with new clients through industry networking and luxury travel events.
- Staying current with luxury travel trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborating closely with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams for a consistent approach.
- Leading negotiations with clients, aligned with luxury service standards.
- Representing the hotel at industry events to enhance visibility and attract new clientele.
- Responsible budget management for leisure sales, ensuring resource allocation and ROI maximisation.
Dit is wie je bent
In this role, you should have/have:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in commercial economy/hospitality management.
- 3-5 years' relevant work experience in a luxury sales position.
- An extensive network in the luxury travel industry, including high-end agencies, tour operators, and concierge services.
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills in Dutch & English.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, demonstrating ownership and opportunity-driven thinking.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
- Flexibility for travel to industry events and client meetings.
- A bonus: Affinity with luxury lifestyle brands.
