About the job
As a Regional Revenue Executive you are co-responsible to strategical, tactical and operational pricing policy for both hotels. Some of the tasks that you are responsible for are: creating and implementing revenue streams, setting up and managing distribution connectivity. Besides that, you would also be responsible for the checklist and day to day tasks.
As a Regional Revenue Executive you are working together with the Revenue managers of the two hotels and Regional Director of Revenue to optimise the current revenue streams and also create new revenue stream possibilities.
Furthermore, you will create reports, analyse market data and will contribute to the team by sharing your input to reach our online market position. Important KPI’s that we need to improve or maintain: MPI, ARI and RGI.
You will assist in the pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts, competitive benchmark studies, current trends and historical data. You work continuously in liaison with hotel sales and reservations teams including the online marketing department to ensure all actions, procedures, strategies, and relevant systems are aligned at all times, including but not limited to the strategy for all 3rd party distribution channels. You assist the Revenue Manager in putting the data together for the reports. We will come together bi-weekly (per hotel) for the internal revenue meeting to discuss the current performance of the hotels.
