About the job
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating the logistical aspects of shows, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation for artists and crew
- Collaborate with the team of agents to assist in the planning and execution of all travel, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and the artists calendars are respected
- Communicate effectively with promotors, venues, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth operation of events
- Assist in the management of the artists' riders, ensuring that all necessary gear is provided for each event
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of event logistics, expenses, and other relevant information
- Work closely with the admin team ensuring all costs get processed correctly

As a Artist Handler, you will play a crucial role in supporting the artists in executing successful shows. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the entertainment industry and is eager to contribute to the success of our artists' performances.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event production, hospitality, or a related field is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- A passion for the music industry and events
