This is a freelance position within the management team of a well-known artist in dance music. The artist has over 1.5 billion streams, regularly works with mainstream brands and attracts millions of monthly listeners from across the globe, while regularly touring Europe, Asia & America.
About the job
We are looking for a Creative Social Media Manager to join the marketing team. Your responsibilities will include planning, creating and publishing digital content across all channels while engaging with their community and reporting back with results. Core Responsibilities
- Creation of day-to-day social media content
- Planning and coordination of the weekly/monthly social media schedule
- Publishing digital content across all channels
- Producing long-form video content and livestreams
- Community management
- Developing new social media formats
- Regular reporting and analysis
- Setting up digital advertising campaigns
Additional Responsibilities (In collaboration with artist, team & partners)
- Taking part in creative brainstorms which cover all aspects of the artist’s career
- Developing social media concepts/formats for Instagram, TikTok etc.
- Developing marketing campaigns with management & label
Employee profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position (music industry is preferred, but not essential)
- Drivers license and car
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Organised and able to work independently
- Passionate about music, lifestyle trends and all things digital
- Fluent in English (+ Dutch is preferred)
- Highly skilled in all social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch etc)
- Skilled in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects and/or equivalents)
- Living near Hilversum or willing to travel multiple times per week
