Waarom kunnen de items die ouders elke dag gebruiken niet praktisch én stijlvol zijn, dacht Marie-Claire van der Steen toen zij in 2018 op zoek ging naar een luiertas. Ze besloot dit onmisbare item voor ouders opnieuw te ontwerpen, wat leidde tot het ontstaan van Studio Noos: vernoemd naar haar zoontje én inspiratiebron Noah aka Noos.
Studio Noos zoekt Global Sales Manager
Studio Noos was founded in 2018 by Marie-Claire van der Steen, mom to Noah (a.k.a. Noos), for whom the brand is named and inspired by. Studio Noos was born out of a quest to find a practical diaper bag without compromising on style. When Marie-Claire could not find what she was looking for, she decided to redesign this daily parenthood essential and give it the love & attention it deserves.
After all, can’t the products parents use every day be both practical and fashionable?
Today, Studio Noos revolves around bringing together fashion and function. With a timeless collection of Mom Bags, Changing Mats, Pouches, Backpacks and other matching essentials we are fully committed to support parents in their daily routines, without ever compromising on style.
With over 500 points of sale worldwide, we are happy to be able to delight a growing group of people with our collection every day. We are currently looking for a Global Sales Manager.
About the job
As a Global Sales Manager you will quickly become a key reference for existing customers and are always on point in pursuing new leads. You will guide the sales team on its actions, strategy, and mission. You will apply your strong quantitative skills to analyze priorities and demand to develop strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear sales strategy and execution of the plan;
- Proactively seek for new business opportunities;
- Create a strong, long-term partnership with our key accounts and agencies;
- Assist and coach the sales team;
- Understand the customer needs to offer the best solutions and support;
- Partnering with operations, design, marketing and finance;
- Define pricing and payment strategy;
- Interact and participate at baby / kids fairs.
Dit is wie je bent
- HBO / WO work and thinking level in Sales or equivalent experience;
- 5+ years relevant working experience in (preferably) baby / kids industry;
- International / Global sales management experience;
- Spontaneous, enthusiastic and flexible;
- Commercial and result-oriented;
- Start-up environment: being able to deal with change;
- Independent and enterprising type;
- Fluent in Dutch and English language;
- Full time available.
