About the job
We are searching for designers with a passion for their profession for various projects of different sizes. We want to get to know our new colleagues, it is not only about what you can do and have done, but also who you are and how you work.
Your job is:
- Create interior designs independent and ensure design is being developed and detailed.
- Co-ordinate project design process, make designs for interior projects and carry out drawing work to enter design in biM.
- Be responsible for the overview and day to day on projects you are the main designer alongside creative director whilst working within the WBP company ethos of putting the client’s needs and wishes above any personal design objectives.
- Direct less experienced designers and carry out supporting activities for director.
- Advise the client in the choice of colours and materials to be used, furniture and decoration.
- Discus the schedule of requirements, request prices and order materials.
- Involved in preparing offers and acquiring orders.
- Ensure designs are being developed and detailed correct for construction feasibility and ergonomics.

- In short to deliver all the information efficiently and accurately to build a project with a high level of refinement.
- Self-motivated, pro-active and a good team player.
- More or less 5 year experience in Interior Design / Interior Architecture with a good understanding of construction and manufacturing of projects including FF&E (materials, finishes, detailing and scheduling).
- Ability to create and develop conceptual designs.
- Fluency as a minimum in AutoCAD, Rhino and 3DMax.
- English speaking fluency, other languages appreciated.
- Self-motivated, pro-active and a good team player. The click with our team is however the most important.
