About the job
Are you the pitbull agent we are looking for? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Booking Agent to join our team!
As a Booking Agent, you will be responsible for booking performances and events for our DJ’s, spot talent to add to the roster. You will build and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers and event promoters to secure customized deals. Identifying new business opportunities with our creative team to elevate artist careers will be a crucial part of your role.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek new booking opportunities for our DJ’s
- Negotiate performance deals and contracts
- Build and maintain professional relationships with promoters artists and their management
- Coördinate logistics
- Analyze market trends and competition to develop strategies for artistic growth
- Processing all information in a secure way
- Willing to travel
Dit is wie je bent
- Experience in the music industry and booking management
- Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written in English (+ Dutch is a plus)
- Proactive attitude
- Results-driven and commercial mentality
- Creative thinking, ability to discover innovative opportunities
- Team player
- Experience with Booking in Dance Music is a plus
