Expat Management Group zoekt Marketing Communications Intern
Nice to meet you! At Expat Management Group, we work daily with internationals (expats) and their employers to make the move to a new country as smooth as possible. We arrange visas and residence permits and accompany internationals (and any family members traveling with them) to the easiest possible landing so that everyone feels at home as quickly as possible and gets off to a good start with their new challenge. Our team is young & international. We have a great place to work on the city centre canals in Amsterdam. We enjoy our work and also like to have fun together.
About the job
As a Marketing Communications Intern, you are the direct right-hand of our Marketing and Communications Specialist. This means you support all day-to-day operations and are closely involved in all marketing and communications activities. Expat Management Group is currently elevating its marketing and branding and this is a unique opportunity to contribute to its brand communication, marketing strategy, and execution from the ground up.
What will you do?
- Produce B2B and B2C visual and written marketing content - email newsletters, merchandise, social media assets, blog posts, and website copy
- Analyse SEO and Google Analytics statistics
- Assist in rewriting existing documents and templates
- Assist in creating new presentation and documents templates
- Undertake market analysis including evaluating competitor analysis and digital content
- Organise and segment contact lists and support in creating targeted content
- Maintain and keep marketing material organized
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar
- Brainstorm new content ideas and marketing initiatives with the Marketing and Communication Specialist
Dit is wie je bent
- Enrolled in an HBO education in Marketing/Branding/Communication
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and preferably in Dutch too (but not a must)
- Knowledge of and interest in photo, video, and written content creation
- Good organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Hands-on/Pro-active
- Highly motivated to learn and develop
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma and/or Adobe Suit is a pre
