Since 2012 FOUR Amsterdam is THE retail destination when it comes to menswear with a unique combination of streetwear, contemporary and luxury brands. With its multi-brand concept store and excellent one-on-one service, the customer will experience everything that should come with the perfect fashion lifestyle.
For our rapidly growing team, we are currently looking for a Creative Producer.
About the job
As Creative Producer at FOUR Amsterdam, you will be the key stakeholder in coordinating and executing a wide range of projects, from events and activations to photo and video shoots. You will work closely with both the Marketing and Creative teams, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard for a perfect rollout. You will also one of the keypoint of contact for the brands and partners we collaborate with, helping to bring their visions and ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Collaboration: Act as the crucial link between the Marketing and Creative teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment across all projects.
- Event & Activation Production: Lead the production of events and activations, managing all aspects from planning to execution, while maintaining brand integrity and creative vision.
- Shoot Coordination: Organize and oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to schedules, and high-quality output.
- Brand Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for our brand partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their creative needs are met.
- Creative Input: Contribute creative ideas and insights to projects, challenging yourself and the team to exceed expectations.
- Partner Management: Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project delivery.

Work Days and Hours:
- You will work 40 hours per week, spread over a minimum of four days;
- You will work Monday through Friday, between 09:00 and 17:30 with 30-minutes breaks**.**
Your profile:
- You are responsible, proactive and flexible;
- Excellent written and oral communication in Dutch (mandatory) and English;
- 3 years experience in a similar role;
- You can handle organizational software programs well.
