About the job
Are you ready to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of electronic dance music? Future House Music, a leading and innovative record label, is on the hunt for an exceptional Marketing Manager to become the 10th member of our dynamic team.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be the visionary behind creating impactful campaigns for our songs, events, merchandise, and other projects like the highly anticipated annual FHM Awards. Additionally, you will take the lead in executing various online advertising initiatives, driving our brand's global recognition and connecting with our passionate audience across platforms. You will work closely with artists and managers to promote the music they've entrusted us with. Your strategic vision and exceptional marketing expertise will be instrumental in expanding our reach and cementing Future House Music and The Myth of NYX's global position in the dance industry.
You’ll enjoy a combination of work-from-home on together with flexible office days. If you would like to use the company’s equipment at the office, you’re welcome to drop by. Nevertheless you’ll fully experience what it’s like to work in a team with our current music department and you’ll enjoy multiple moments of contact a day, SCRUM sprints, daily stand-ups, general meetings and personal calls, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute result-driven marketing campaigns for songs, events, merchandise, and the annual FHM Awards, ensuring they align with the brand's vision and objectives.
- Audience Engagement: Connect with our dedicated fanbase through engaging content and interactive campaigns that foster a sense of community.
- Artist Collaboration: Collaborate with artists and management teams to develop tailored marketing strategies that elevate their brand and music releases.
- Digital Advertising: Plan and manage online advertising initiatives, including social media ads, PPC campaigns, and influencer partnerships to maximize reach and impact.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor the performance of campaigns, providing insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate resources and budgets to achieve maximum impact with each campaign.
- Brand Promotion: Work closely with the creative team to maintain brand consistency and enhance Future House Music's image across all marketing channels.
- Event Amplification: Amplify promotions for events and FHM Awards to drive participation and excitement among fans and industry professionals.
You, our candidate:
- Can start on the 31st of August 2023 (or later)
- Preferably live in/near the Dutch city of Rotterdam, or able to travel to Rotterdam
- Resident of The Netherlands or holder of a work permit for the Netherlands/EU (don't require sponsorship).
- Proven experience in music marketing or related fields, with a profound passion for electronic dance music and its culture.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in data-driven decision-making to achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing successful online advertising campaigns, social media promotions, and influencer collaborations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with artists and cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Music, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Bonus: Have a good understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects)
