Werkzaamheden

• Liaise with event promoters and talent/IP owners, providing templates and guidance to local presenters for marketing asset localization, taking the lead on asset approval processes and announcement schedules.
• Update the websites of our tours and projects with news, tour dates and fresh marketing content.
• Store, enhance and update all our event marketing assets on well maintained servers for easy access (e.g. trailers, press releases, key visuals).
• Think along and assist in the creation and adaptation of creative marketing material - from event artwork, one pagers and press releases to trailers, behind-the-scenes content and other marketing assets, working together with designers, video producers and other creatives.
• Process invoices and payments from creative suppliers, keeping track of expenses.
• Compile ticket sales data, creating informative sales dashboards for our stakeholders.
• Oversee GEA Live’s social media presence, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn.
