About the job

Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for turning insights into action? GoodKarma Agency is on the hunt for a talented Growth Marketer to drive measurable growth for our clients. In this role you will take our clients by the hand and guide them to make the right, data-driven decisions for their online experience.

You will work closely with the ecommerce director, developers, UX designers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of website data, customer behavior, and conversion paths using tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps. Monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of optimization efforts and provide actionable insights.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop the experimentation roadmap to optimize client websites, landing pages, and digital funnels. Identify opportunities to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Brief the UX designer and developer on the implementation of test ideas, set up the test in Convert.com and analyze the results to validate hypotheses. Optimize test processes and prioritize experiments for maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to implement data-driven recommendations. Prepare and present detailed reports on CRO outcomes and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on CRO trends, tools, and best practices to keep GoodKarma at the cutting edge. Share insights and knowledge with the team to drive innovation.
Dit is wie je bent
  • 2-3 years of experience as a growth marketer, preferably in ecommerce
  • Very good understanding of ecommerce, UX principles and online customer behaviour
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and website analytics platforms. You can think of, set up and analyse experiments (wth the support of developers)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly to clients - you will often be at the table with the brand founders, so confidence is key!
  • Experience working in fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG ecommerce programs, especially brand-side a plus
  • English fluency is mandatory. Dutch Fluency is a big plus.
