Product Development & Sourcing Manager bij Kinfill

About the job
As a Product Development & Sourcing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and sourcing of our innovative product range. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to commercialization, while ensuring that our products meet our high-quality standards and sustainability goals. Additionally, you will be in charge of sourcing sustainable materials and establishing strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
Responsibilities:
- Market and product research
- Helping create new products and improve existing ones within assigned timelines and budgets
- Building roadmaps
- Execute and coordinate the production process
- Sourcing suppliers and manufacturers
- Negotiating offers with suppliers
- Work in collaboration with the design team to develop innovative ideas
- Work together with marketing/customer service to develop focus groups, and quantitative analysis to identify consumer problems and needs, test concepts, and evaluate prototypes
- Identify and report challenges and issues that arise during the design and development phase

- Residence in Rotterdam or surrounding areas
