Lalaland zoekt Lead Content Marketeer

Sustainable Impact: Lalaland combats landfill waste by decreasing fashion return rates and reducing the number of physical samples needed to be produced during different stages in the value chain of fashion.

About the job

- Lalaland needs a constant stream of eye-catching content, both online and offline. Content that is backed by strategy, user-centered, and goal driven.
- In this role, you will: shape, define, and iterate the core content strategy.
- The creation of a content strategy is divided into the target audience, messaging & content, and channel approach.
- Target audience: You will do a consumer research recap, competitor analysis, opportunities, and aspired audience.
- Messaging & content: You will create objectives, messaging hierarchy, content pillars, and content approach per focus aspect, incl. visual inspiration and design.
- Channel Approach - You will define the channel purpose & focus (incl. cadence) - all channels, tone of voice & usage per channel, and produce an annual content framework.
- You will be assisted with an existing coherent Brand Strategy with a complete branding book & brand guidelines that include Lalaland's visual and brand identity. In addition, you will leverage existing toolkits with the creative freedom to create new assets.
- Be a sparring partner for your fellow leaders and colleagues, bringing your expertise in content marketing to the table to help tackle new and existing challenges.

Are you excited about the role? We hope so! Here's what we're looking for in you:
- Content marketing is in your blood, and you have a solid portfolio to back it!
- You are a content Marketeer who understands and enjoys the challenge of growing B2B products in their early stages and can inspire others around them.
- You have a solid understanding of collaborating with all disciplines within our internal growth team of performance marketers, product managers, and external marketing agencies.
- You have at least 4 years of experience discovering and delivering value through content as a content marketeer, with at least 1 of those years leading content strategy.
- You have some understanding of SEO, setting up and measuring its performance (alt tags, keyword analysis), and organic traffic from search engines.
- You have strength in content creation and excellent knowledge of essential tools like Figma or Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- You are a storyteller and storyseller. You know that a strong narrative beats a PowerPoint deck all day, every day.
- Strategic thinking and strong communication skills are essential for this role. We are looking for a real team player, highly collaborative, who gives constructive feedback to all to help them grow.
- Being a start-up, you must be able to think on your feet and drive outcomes at lightning speed with a dash of pragmatism.
- Finally, you want this opportunity to keep on growing and learning about everything content, marketing, technology, growth, fashion, and more.
Bonus points if you have created content within the fashion industry and understand the seasonality of collections of our target audience.
