Founded by Dutch interior stylist Marloes Hoedeman, the brand celebrates her vision to create unexpected, mix-and-match lingerie that expresses self-confidence and the mood of the day.
In addition to its iconic bralettes and bras (aka “a holiday for your boobs”), Love Stories’ collection includes dresses, panties, pajamas, swimwear, loungewear, accessories and more.

For our boutique in Amsterdam, we are looking for an experienced Boutique Manager with the talent and ambition to create and inspire the team.
About the job
As a boutique manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales, retail operations, and training to ensure a great customer experience within the Love Stories brand guidelines and optimum profitability. You motivate and inspire the teams to achieve productivity and sales goals.
You’ll become our brand keeper, who holds the path of Love Stories determined by the Brand guidelines. You have impeccable customer service skills and have lots of affinity with the fashion & lingerie world. You want to work with the team to offer every client a unique shopping experience.
Who are we looking for?
- A true people-person; you have an eye for personalities and talent, to build and empower a healthy, thriving team
- A hands-on trainer who can motivate and inspire, keeping the KPIs and goals in mind to support and create a team culture
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Analyzing selling information and taking responsibility for the store sales performance
- Responsible for achieving budget goals (given turnovers, KPI, and salary budgets)
- Responsible for all requested store operations
- Leading and motivating a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
- Leading on recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters is carried out
- Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
- Work closely with Head Office teams, to implement new strategies and marketing events in your boutique
- Staff planning and checks - meeting salary budgets
- Staff recruiting together with HR and Retail Director
- Responsibility for the guest areas above our House of Love (showroom and apartment)
- Support with the roll-out of instore PR & marketing events

As the ideal candidate, you have
- A result-oriented mindset
- Strong record of successfully leading stores and teams
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
- At least 5 years of retail experience
- Oral and written fluency in Dutch and English
