About the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Administrator for our head office in Amsterdam. In this role, you'll oversee HR administration for Love Stories. You are the primary contact partner for head office and store employees, providing HR assistance and overseeing comprehensive personnel administration duties. Furthermore, your responsibilities include participating in the recruitment and selection process, drafting employment contracts, and effectively managing personnel files. This position offers flexible hours ranging from 24 to 28 hours per week.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing contracts, both in onboarding and offboarding processes, and overseeing all associated administrative tasks in alignment with centralized procedures across all our entities
  • Taking charge of payroll administration
  • Providing support in recruitment activities
  • Offering guidance on matters related to absenteeism and occupational health and safety
  • Collaborating with external entities and serving as the primary liaison (e.g. payroll companies, occupational health and safety services, Employee Insurance Agency (UWV), tax authorities, etc.)

  • 3 years + of relevant work experience in Human Resources
  • A minimum of MBO-4 level education in personnel management
  • Familiarity with local employment laws, regulations, and HR practices
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English, with fluency at C1 level or higher for non-native Dutch speakers.
