When Jochem and Sjoerd both became dads for the first time in 2013, they realized that baby care products were full of harmful ingredients. Driven to make a change, Naïf was born.

Our mission is to change the world of personal care, and to protect and care for the environment that our children (and their children) will live in at all costs. So we choose to make personal care products that are mild for sensitive skin and less harmful for our planet. We were the first brand to introduce plastic-free wet wipes in the Netherlands, and we actively campaign against the use of microplastics in personal care products.

We have everything you need for your baby, from diaper cream to plastic-free wipes, shampoo and even sunscreen. The sensitive baby skin doesn’t need a lot if you ask us, and definitely no bad stuff. That’s why Naïf products are made with natural ingredients, and without mineral oils, microplastics or SLES. We choose high quality ingredients because your baby only deserves the best. About the job

Our social media is where we show that realness, and we’re looking for someone to help us grow that community. If you love creating content that’s relatable, up-to-date with trends, and offers tips and a bit of humor to lighten the load, we’d love to have you on board.

As our Social Media Marketeer, your mission is to own our TikTok and Instagram channels. You’ll be the driving force behind growing our presence, keeping our content fresh, and ensuring we’re speaking to parents in an authentic, relatable way. You won’t just be creating content—you’ll be shaping how we connect with our community, finding opportunities to engage and grow every day. This role comes with a lot of freedom and responsibility, so a proactive, “yes can do” attitude is a must.

What you’ll do:

  • Take full ownership of creating and sharing content that resonates with parents on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Spot the latest social media trends and find ways to apply them in a way that fits our brand.
  • Build relationships with our community—actively engaging in conversations and responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on campaigns that promote real parenting, supporting our brand’s mission.
  • Keep a close eye on performance metrics to learn what’s working and where we can improve.
  • Bring creative ideas to the table for how we can continue growing our social media reach, especially on TikTok.
  • Take the lead in producing video content for our channels, and help out during shoots when needed.
Dit is wie je bent
  • A passion for creating real, relatable, and fun content that parents connect with.
  • A deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram (you know the platforms inside out).
  • The ability to create cool, high-quality content yourself, especially videos. You’re hands-on with video editing and know how to make engaging Reels and TikToks.
  • Canva skills are great, but creativity and a strong sense of brand voice are even more important.
  • A solid grasp of what parents experience—you don’t need to be a parent yourself, but you understand the ups and downs.
  • 1-2 years of social media marketing experience, or you’ve been living and breathing TikTok for the last two years.
  • You’re independent, self-driven, and thrive when given responsibility—you’ll be the go-to person for our social channels.
  • Fluent in English. Dutch is a bonus.
  • Available for at least 32 hours per week, with flexibility when needed.
