Have you gained some experience in recruitment and do you like to be responsible for the recruitment and selection of new colleagues for two hotels? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our People & Culture team at two of the finest hotels in the heart of Amsterdam.

What will I do as a Recruiter? As a Recruiter, you will play an important role in building up our teams. You will proactively implement the recruitment and employer branding policies that align with the staffing needs of both Pulitzer Amsterdam and Kimpton de Witt. Each year, a recruitment plan and budget are created, and you will actively promote these within the hotels. The goal of this hands-on position is to optimize the recruitment processes to attract suitable colleagues for the open positions. This involves executing the process from start to finish. Establishing a strong employer brand, organizing and participating in events, job fairs, and tours are also significant parts of the job. You will also supervise a Recruitment trainee, making it a multifaceted and responsible role!

Furthermore, you will be engaged in:

• Talent Acquisition: collaborating with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies for the departments;
• Candidate Sourcing: using various channels such as job portals, social media, paid campaigns, networking events, and referrals to actively attract a diverse pool of good candidates;
• Screening and Interviewing: screening CV’s, conducting interviews to identify candidates who align with our hotel’s values, doing reference checks and ensuring that each candidate goes through the right processes;
• Candidate Experience: ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process;
• Employer branding: contributing to the enhancement of our hotel’s employer brands, representing Pulitzer and Kimpton de Witt at (hotel school) job fairs, networking events etc;
• Monitoring and managing the recruitment budget;
• Reporting the Recruitment data and output.
