About the job
As a Producer at We Are Live, you will be responsible for managing your own projects alongside the Sr. Producer as well as collaborating with other colleagues on bigger projects. You will run a project from kick-off, through pre-production, execution, show days and post production.
In close contact with the client, you align with their needs and goals and proactively bring together different stakeholders, partners, ideas, solutions, resources and timelines. The role requires a strong combination of technical understanding, creativity and organizational skills as you will be involved in all of these aspects.
Responsibilities
- Developing an event plan outlining logistical, technical requirements, and production timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the production process.
- Collaborate with external vendors and technical experts to meet project requirements.
- Create event plans that focus on the creative elements, storytelling and audience engagement.
- Provide guidance and direction to the teams during rehearsals and live broadcasts.
- Collaborate with (external) partners and creative experts to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identifying potential (technical) risks and challenges related to the event and developing plans to mitigate them.

- Being able to build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Being able to work independently and within a team.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with broadcast and/or video production.
- Creative mindset to come up with ideas and solutions.
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- A sense of responsibility and ownership to put together flawless productions that leave nothing to chance.
- Familiarity with live production technology, streaming platforms, and emerging technical trends is a significant advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Located in the Amsterdam region (or willing to commute daily).
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role.
