Ons primaire verkoopkanaal is www.veloretti.com en daarnaast hebben we sinds kort een eigen Veloretti Brandstore in de Pijp Wij op zoek naar een Sales & Communicatie HERO die samen met collega’s deze store gaat runnen! Veloretti was founded in Amsterdam in 2012 with the mission to deliver clean, timeless, high-quality bicycles at a fair price. More than a decade later, Veloretti has grown into one of Europe's leading direct-to-consumer bicycle brands, offering bikes for the whole family: from children's bikes and city bikes, to our Electric Ivy and Ace. Cycling is the future. We believe in that and strive to pass it on to the next generations.

Veloretti has been part of Pon.Bike, the leading family of bicycle brands worldwide, since 2022. With this support, we can continue to develop our design and products, take even better care of our riders - and ensure that their bikes stay on the road.

About the job

Are you ready for a challenging role where you can utilize both your managerial and administrative skills? We are looking for an Assistant Brandstore Manager who is independent, solution-oriented, and passionate about coordinating our daily operations and managing a team.

Do you want to work in our ambitious Veloretti brandstore where the brand experience for customers is paramount? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

  • Coordinate daily operations in the store and workshop. Responsible for creating schedules and administrative tasks.
  • Act as the point of contact for our customers and ensure an excellent customer experience, for example, during test rides.
  • Proactively thinking along to improve customer experiences (in creative ways). 
  • Operationally manage, motivate, and lead a close and passionate team of store personnel and bike mechanics, alongside the Brandstore Manager.
  • Identify bottlenecks and come up with practical solutions.
  • Involved in communication with the Logistics departments at the headquarters, regarding inventory, warranty, and customer experiences.

  • Flexibility: you are available five days a week, including at least one weekend day.
